Second Trailer and Gameplay Showcase Released for Atelier Yumia

The latest official trailer for "Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land" has just dropped on Gust Corporation’s YouTube channel. Accompanying this, a detailed gameplay session, lasting about half an hour, was also uploaded on Koei Tecmo’s channel.

Unfortunately for non-Japanese speakers, both the trailer and stream are currently available only in Japanese.

Clocking in at almost three minutes, the trailer delivers an exciting glimpse into the game’s storyline, characters, and gameplay mechanics. On the other hand, the stream, which runs for over 1.5 hours, offers a more in-depth look, specifically focusing on the gameplay from the 35-minute mark to 1:01:33.

In an ancient, now forbidden land, an alchemist named Yumia Liessfeldt ventures into the unknown. Three years ago, Yumia lost her mother in an accident, then learned about her lineage of alchemists, leading her to question much of her world.

Why did Aladiss fall? What led alchemy to become a "taboo"? Is alchemy really as malevolent as they say?
