The anticipation for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is building as we approach the countdown on the series’ official website, which is set to reveal all later today. A well-known leaker has added to the excitement by sharing what they claim to be the game’s release date and details about its various editions.
This information comes courtesy of Billbil-kun, a leaker with a solid history of accurate predictions, following a recent sighting of a game rating for THPS 3 + 4 on Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority site.
If the leak is to be believed, you’ll be able to kickflip back into action on July 11. That means you have roughly four months to get ready for some nostalgic rides through classic skate parks, hoping you don’t make any particularly embarrassing bails.
Billbil-kun also suggests that the game will come in three variations: standard, deluxe, and collector’s editions. The deluxe and collector’s editions might just give eager fans a head start with three days of early access. Prices are reportedly set at $49.99, $69.99, and $129.99 for the respective editions.
The deluxe edition promises some exciting extras, especially if you’re a fan of Doom. Expect to see some Doom-themed skaters, including the Doom Slayer and revenant, a hoverboard modeled after the Unmaykr, and additional music tracks. Plus, those who pre-order any edition will supposedly receive a Wireframe Tony skin and access to a demo of the Foundry level from THPS 3.
We’ll find out if these leaks hold water at 6PM GMT/1PM ET/10AM PT today, when the countdown timer hits zero. As it stands, the rumors look pretty compelling.
Are you gearing up to dive into THPS 3 + 4 this summer if these leaks turn out to be true? We’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!
