‘Beat Saber’ Releases Metallica Music Pack, Its Largest and Costliest DLC Yet

In an exciting update for Beat Saber enthusiasts, the popular VR rhythm game from 2018 has just unveiled an impressive Metallica music pack. This fresh addition brings a plethora of the legendary band’s hits into the game, enhancing the energy and excitement for players.

The Metallica Music Pack, impressive not just in content but also in cost, is available at $20. It offers a selection of 17 iconic tracks, presenting a steeper price compared to previous packs which were usually capped at $15 and offered fewer songs. Within this new pack, you’ll find timeless classics like “Enter Sandman,” “Nothing Else Matters,” and “Master of Puppets,” collectively offering over an hour and a half of gameplay.

Adding to the challenge, the developers at Beat Games, now part of Meta, have labeled these levels as some of the toughest yet. They come with all the complexity of Arc and Chain notes and even support multiplayer mode, ensuring that players have an engaging and competitive experience.

What’s more, the introduction of a new gameplay feature known as ‘Variable Note Jump Speed’ further enhances the game. This innovation alters the speed of blocks based on the song’s intensity, promising an adaptive and thrilling gameplay. Beat Games has confirmed that both this feature and the option to change block colors are set to become standard in future updates.
