Savvy Games Group is expanding its leadership team by bringing on industry veteran Nika Nour as the Senior Vice President and Head of International Business Development.
In a recent LinkedIn update, the company announced Nour’s appointment, highlighting her role in crafting “strategic partnerships” on a global scale.
Nour comes with a strong background, having previously led partnerships at Genvid and served as the executive director at the IGDA Foundation.
Savvy stated, “With her extensive leadership experience spanning over a decade in games, technology, and entertainment, Nika is set to spearhead the development of strategic international collaborations for Savvy. Her focus will also be on drawing in game studios and companies to establish their footprint within the Kingdom.”
The company further mentioned that Nour’s expertise will help guide decisions on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments, all aimed at bolstering Savvy’s ecosystem.
Reflecting on her new role, Nour expressed, “I’ll be at the forefront of efforts to create meaningful international partnerships and attract game studios and businesses, playing a part in positioning the Kingdom as a global game industry leader.
