Director Hints at Release Date for Black Myth: Wukong DLC

At the Golden Joystick Awards, during what was a triumphant acceptance speech for Game of the Year, Ji intrigued fans by hinting, “there might just be some surprises waiting for you later this year.” This could imply that by year’s end, we may have fresh content from one of 2024’s most hyped releases.

Some speculate this remark might refer to the Xbox debut of Black Myth: Wukong. Prior to dropping that hint, Ji also noted, “you [players] might have already completed our game.” This suggests the mysterious “surprise” could be especially appealing to those who have already wrapped up Game Science’s critically acclaimed title.
