Roblox fans have something new to dive into as Anime Vanguards Update 1.5 hits the platform, expanding gameplay with features like Familiars, new Units, an Occult Event, and much more.
The game’s developers, Kitawari, have rolled out this latest update today, enhancing the popular anime crossover game with exciting new features and fresh customization options. According to the patch notes, players can expect not just new toys to explore but also a host of improvements and bug fixes to refine both gameplay and visuals.
The centerpiece of the update is the Anime Vanguards Occult Event, a thrilling new addition, featuring an Occult Dungeon, Talismans, Spirit Wisps, and a plethora of new Modifiers. There’s also an Occult Shop, Occult Banner, and new bundles for players to explore. It’s worth noting from a Discord announcement by Kitawari that you’ll need to be at level 20 to join in on this event.
Earlier updates introduced characters inspired by well-loved anime series such as Naruto, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Dragon Ball. Update 1.5 shifts gears with elements from a more contemporary favorite, Dandadan. New units have been added, including Divalo (Vanguard), Saiko (Exclusive), Okorun (Exclusive), Pweeny (Exclusive), and Mimi (Exclusive). The new skin system allows you to tweak existing Units’ looks with outfits obtainable from the Occult Banner. Familiars, another new feature, offer significant buffs to your Units.
Since launching in September, Anime Vanguards has sustained its appeal among Roblox gamers. While its development journey hasn’t been without hitches—particularly in June when players worried about the update frequency—this release shows there’s no shortage of new content. However, the timeline for the next update remains under wraps.
Until then, stay in the loop with our ongoing compilation of Anime Vanguards codes. Players can redeem these by clicking on the Codes icon, then entering their codes in the “Enter Code” field. To see all that’s packed into today’s update, check out the full patch notes below.
